Refund policy

GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied in any way, please return the item(s) for exchange or store credit (less shipping charges). Items returned in accordance with the Guidelines below and accompanied by a receipt will be exchanged or store credit at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax. Items returned in accordance with the Guidelines below but without a receipt will be processed at the lowest current price, plus applicable sales tax.
Please call to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Approval) number prior to returning the item. Please have your invoice/order number available when you call.
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Note:
Shipping charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order, or if the product is defective. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
GUIDELINES
Sales and Clearance Items are not refundable.
Merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals and registration cards. We will not accept dirty, washed or used products.
Other restrictions may apply. Peter Larmand Outdoors Inc. reserves the right to limit or decline exchanges/store credit.
For items damaged in shipment, please email sales@bigrideautackle.com before returning. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
