Big Rideau Tackle processes orders on business days (Monday - Friday). Express shipping orders that are placed before 12:30 pm EST (9:30 am PST) on a business day will ship the same day. Express orders placed after the shipping cut-off or on a weekend or observed holiday will ship the next business day. Orders with standard shipping will be processed as quickly as possible. All orders will give an estimated arrival date during checkout that reflects the current order processing time.

Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information. Orders may be shipped in multiple packages, and there maybe a separate charge for each shipment. Separate tracking information will be provided once each package has shipped.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking numbers to become active in the shipping carrier's system.

Free Shipping

Big Rideau Tackle offers free shipping on orders over $150 delivering to physical addresses within the Canada. Depending on location, orders will typically arrive within 1-5 business days.

Free shipping offer does not apply to some oversized items, rods and combos and/or abnormally large orders 

The shipping carrier for your order will be determined by the delivery destination. Possible shipping carriers include UPS, Purolator, GLS and Canada Post. All of these carriers offer comprehensive tracking and insured delivery.
